What matters at home, always within reach.

Photograph a document. Havli finds the expiry date and sets the reminder. You don't write anything down.

Only used to notify you. No spam, no sharing with third parties.

Havli's home screen: the car's roadworthiness test six days overdue, three things needing attention, and this week's tasks.

From a photo to a reminder, without writing anything down.

That's the whole journey. There's no form to fill in at any step.

  1. Take the photo

Car insurance, the washing machine warranty, the roadworthiness test, the cat's vaccination record. Photo or PDF, either works.

  2. Havli reads it

It finds the document type, the issuer and the date that matters. You just confirm.

  3. It's in your calendar

With alerts 30, 7 and 1 day ahead. If the date is wrong, you fix it and the alerts reschedule themselves.

Havli read it for you

We found the date on your Mapfre car insurance.

30 June 2027

Is that right?

We'll remind you

  • 30 days before
  • 7 days before
  • 1 day before
The original stays encrypted in your vault. Only your home can see it.

It works from day one, on your own.

Nobody else has to sign up. Upload one document and you have your first reminder. If you later want to share the home, you invite people with a link.

What it actually does.

  • Your documents, with their dates

Insurance, inspections, warranties, bills, vet records and school paperwork. All in an encrypted, searchable vault, each with its date beside it.

The document vault: roadworthiness test, Mapfre car insurance and home insurance, each with its expiry date and who it belongs to.
  • Everything that expires, in one place

Document expiry dates and household tasks share a calendar. This week's is visible at a glance.

Monthly household calendar with coloured dots on the days that have something, and the selected day's detail below.
  • A home is whoever lives in it

Partners, kids, flatmates, dogs and cats. Every document and task can be assigned to a specific member. The cat's records belong to the cat.

The household members: three people and two pets, Nala the cat and Truco the dog, each with their tasks.
  • We tell you in time

Notifications 30, 7 and 1 day before each expiry. To you and to whoever shares the home, so it doesn't rest on one person's memory.

The household agenda grouped into overdue, today and this week, with the tasks Havli created from a document marked as such.

We treat privacy as part of the product.

We handle personal, legal and financial documents from your home. It isn't a formality we bury in the small print.

  • Encrypted, and only for your home

They're stored encrypted in private storage. Nobody outside your home can open them.

  • They don't train any model

We do not permit your documents to be used to train AI models. It's a contractual condition with the provider.

  • Only the structured data is kept

From each document we keep the date, the type and the issuer. The raw text the AI returns is not retained.

  • Yours, and you can take them

Export all your data or delete your account from the app, whenever you want, without writing to us.

Fair questions.

Which documents does it understand?

Car and home insurance, roadworthiness tests, warranties, bills, vet and medical records, and school paperwork. It's calibrated for the formats used in Spain.

What if it gets the date wrong?

You fix it in two taps and the alerts reschedule themselves. When Havli isn't sure about a date it says so and asks you to check, rather than treating it as correct.

Does the whole household have to sign up?

No. Havli is useful from your first document, on your own. Sharing the home is optional, done with a link, whenever you feel like it.

Who can see my documents?

Only the members of your home. They're stored encrypted in private storage, they aren't used to train models, and you can delete them whenever you want.

When can I use it?

We're in closed beta, letting people in in small batches. Leave us your email and we'll tell you when it's your turn.

So it doesn't rest on your memory.
